Ecologists With a Purpose

Luster Echo was founded in 2009 by a small group of ecologists frustrated with the disconnect between development approvals and actual conservation outcomes. We believed environmental consulting could do better.

Today, our team of 18 specialists works across Victoria, New South Wales, and Queensland. We've completed over 640 projects ranging from suburban infill assessments to multi-year mine rehabilitation programs.

What sets us apart is our commitment to practical outcomes. Reports that sit in filing cabinets don't help wildlife. We design solutions that clients can actually implement, and we stay involved to ensure they work.
